Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping & Delivery We ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Orders are fulfilled by our third-party fulfillment partner (Zendrop) and shipped from their warehouse. Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days depending on your location.

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to appear.

Customs & Import Fees International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within 40 days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at support@pawtopia.com.co and we will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost.
