Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us at support@pawtopia.com.co with your order number and a photo of the damaged item (if applicable) within 14 days of the expected delivery date. This policy applies to customers in the UK, USA, and Canada.

Where do you ship from?


We work with international fulfillment partners, including Zendrop, to ship products from global warehouses depending on availability.

How long does shipping take?


Shipping takes 7–15 business days depending on your location.

Why is my tracking not updating?


Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days after shipment while the package is being processed by the carrier.



Can I cancel my order?


Orders can only be canceled within a short time after purchase, before they are processed and shipped.
