Refund & Return Policy – Pawtopia

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

When are you eligible for a refund or replacement?

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong product
  • Your order never arrived

What to do in each case:

Damaged or defective item: Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@pawtopia.com.co with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Wrong item received: Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@pawtopia.com.co with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will send the correct item or issue a full refund.

Order not arrived: If your order has not arrived within 40 days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at support@pawtopia.com.co. We will investigate with our fulfillment provider and arrange a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost.

Refunds: Once your case is approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
