Terms of Service – Pawtopia

1. General By accessing or purchasing from pawtopia.com.co, you agree to these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Seller Information Pawtopia, Kolpingweg 16, 04209 Leipzig, Germany. Contact: support@pawtopia.com.co. Note: Under the German Kleinunternehmerregelung (§19 UStG), no VAT is charged on our invoices.

3. Products & Orders We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if a product becomes unavailable.

4. Pricing All prices are displayed in the currency of your market. Prices may vary due to currency conversion. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

5. Fulfillment & Shipping Orders are fulfilled by a third-party provider (Zendrop). Processing time is 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 7–15 business days depending on destination. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs or import fees.

6. Returns & Refunds We do not accept returns for change of mind. Refunds or replacements are only provided in the following cases: the item arrived damaged or defective, you received the wrong product, or your order did not arrive within 40 days of shipping confirmation. Please contact support@pawtopia.com.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos where applicable.

7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pawtopia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Leipzig, Germany.
